These 12 rounds were fired down the river : the gun,stations, parties of cadets, &c, as before. The fall ofthose balls was not seen whose range is not set down. With2 oz of powder the gun was elevated 45 degrees, butwith 4oz only 15 degrees, as before. The mediums are asbelow:
