A State of the Right of the Colony of New York with respect to its eastern boundary on Connecticut river; so far asconcerns the late encroachments under the Government of New Hampshire .

[This paper was principally drawn up by Hon. James Duane, who purchased soldiers rights and claims in the above district,to the amount (according to John Adams ) of $100,000. It was agreed to by the New York Provincial Assembly on the 8thMarch 1773, and ordered to he sent to England.]
