Carriages of light burden shall pay as loaded, if not whol-ly empty;

Loading, if not wholly produce, is not entitled to diminu-tion of toll. Loads of any description whatsoever, exceedingtwo ton, their weight shall be truly declared by the driver,previous to passing.

Injury done to any part whatsoever, of the property of theBridge Company, will subject the offender to forfeiture andpayment of thirty dollars, and of being liable to damages forfurther torts. Evasion of tolls is injury of property.
