ADDEND A.

Dudley Dudley canal, without having passed into or out of such tua-Extention . , r .

Canal. nel ,Jix-pence a ton, and 10 m proportion.

For all goods, wares, and merchandize (except coal, coak,lime, and lime-stone,) which shall pass into or through thesaid tunnel, and which shall not have paid, or be liable to pav,any of the rates or dues payable to the said company of pro-prietors under the said Act of the twenty-fifth year of hispresent Majesty, two Jhillings a ton, and so in proportion.

For all goods, wares, and merchandizes (except coal, coak,lime, and lime-stone) which shall pass into or through suchtunnel, and which shall have paid, or be liable to pay, any ofthe rates or dues under the said Act os the twenty-fifth of hissaid Majesty, one Jhilling and six-pence a ton, and so in pro-portion.

For all goods, wares, merchandize, and commodities what-soever (except coal, coak, iron-stone, lime, and lime-stone)carried between the present Dudley canal and the aforesaidtunnel, without pasting into or through such tunnel, two-pencea ton per mile, and so in proportion.

For all goods, wares, merchandize, lime, lime-stone, andcommodities whatsoever, carried between the Worcester andBirmingham canal, and the east end of the said intendedtunnel, and which shall not pass into or out of such tunnel,three-pence a ton, and so in proportion.

For all lime and lime-stone which shall have paid thetonnage imposed under the said Act of the twenty-fifth of hispresent Majesty, upon lime and lime-stone, passing out of thesouth end of the tunnel of the present Dudlev canal, and whichshall not pass through a tunnel to be made on this canal, at ornear Gorsty Hill, in the parishes of Rowley Regis and HalesOwen, one-penny a ton per mile, and so in proportion.

For
