and cattle, at all times of tide, and in all seasons; for whichthe following tolls or pontage are to be paid, when the sameis duly completed, viz.

h or every coach, chariot, &c. with four wheels, and drawnby less than four horses, six-pence ; if drawn by four horses ormore, oneJliilling.

For every chair or pleasure cart drawn by one horse, three-pence ; and by two horses, Jlx-pence.

For every waggon, wain, &c. with four wheels, anddrawn by three or four horses or more, one Jliilling and six-pence ; and by two horses, one Jliilling.

For every cart, &c. drawn by two or more horses, nine-pence ; and by one horse, six-pence.

For every horse, mare, &cc. three halfpence.

For every score of oxen, or neat cattle, ten-pence , and soin proportion.

For every score of swine, calves, sheep, or lambs, sve-pencc.

Exemptions. Persons going to or from their lands inter-sected by the new cut, their horses, cattle, carriages, &c.

When the several purposes authorised by this act are per-formed, the commissioners are to make a general award re-specting all accounts, all lands liable to be taxed, &c. Whenthe new cut, and all other matters authorised, are to be trans-ferred into the hands of certain trustees, named; with a modeof perpetual succession; the act also contains regulations re-specting the bare sands recovered; and other matters apper-taining to the general intentions proposed and authorised.
