Two Lamps exhibited by Lerolle Freres, are ofa high order of merit. The female figures whichsupport the lamps are modelled with artistic
shill, and exhibit a beauty of workmanship whichis almost characteristic of the bronzes contrib-uted by this firm.
Below is a Centre Piece, which is now filledwith flowers, but may be converted into a can-
delabrum at the pleasure of the owner. The figure is bronze, butthe remainder of the piece is heavily gilt.

The bronze Yase on the opposite page, witha pedestal of black marble, is exhibited by themanufacturer, Augustus Weygand, of Paris.

The Vase which follows is executed in terra cotta, and is exhibitedby Messrs. Ferguson, Miller <fc Co., of Heathfield, Scotland. The orna-ments upon this vase are designed in the style of the antique.
