^ t That Trespassers and Offenders in Forests ought to he at~tached 3 by the ministers of the For est 3 they finding them.with the manner.
2 .If thatsuch Ministers of the Forest of themselves be not ableto take fitch trestaffers 3 then they may make Huy & Cry af-ter them 3 and so to cause the Country to rife and take them.
3. If that after such Huy and Cry made 3 Jucb trespassers andoffenders do flill continue their evil' doing 3 and will notyield themselves to be takgn 3 thenlf the foresters , or theythat do come to aid them 3 do chance to kill any such offenderin arresting or teeing of him being within the limits andbounds of the Forest 3 they shall not firsek-any goods 3 or anyother things nor otherwise Be arraigned for the fame.
4. If that any such offenders will not yield themselves to be ta~ken 3 but do rather file out of the Forefi, to the end that theywill not be kpown nor taken jhen in some cafes 3 they are stillto be followed and pursued with huy and cry untill that theyhe taken . and in jome other cajes 3 they are to be pursuedwith fresh suit within the view only.
