and there is no authentic account of any further 1691operation in which the Royal Regiment of Horse Guards was engaged during the remainder of itsstay in Ireland . It did not, however, return toEngland till the following year; when upondisembarking at Highlake (March the 18th), theRegiment marched to London , where it continuedstationed throughout the year*.
