Baron Nelson, Crea-) George the Third, by the Grace of God, &c., To alltion of Viscount . $ Archbishops , Dukes,Marquesses,Earls,Viscounts,Bishops,Barons , Knights , Provosts, Freemen, and all other Our Officers, Ministers, andSubjects whatsoever, to whom these Presents shall come, Greeting, Know ye thatWe, of our especial grace, certain knowledge, and mere motion, have advanced,preferred, and created Our right trusty and well beloved Horatio Baron Nelson,Knight of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath , and Vice-Admiral of the BlueSquadron of our Fleet, to the State, Degree, Dignity , and Honour of Viscount Nelson of the Nile , and of Burnham Thorpe, in our County of Norfolk ; and him,the said Horatio Baron Nelson, Viscount Nelson of the Nile , and of BurnhamThorpe, aforesaid, do by these Presents create, advance, and prefer; and we haveappointed, given, and granted, and by these Presents, for Us, Our heirs, and successors,do appoint, give, and grant unto him, the said Horatio Baron Nelson, the Name,State, Degree, Style, Dignity , Title, and Honour of Viscount Nelson of the Nile ,and of Burnham Thorpe, aforesaid, to have aud to hold the said Name, State,Degree, Style, Dignity , Title, aud Honour of Viscount Nelson of the Nile , and ofBurnham Thorpe, aforesaid, unto him the said Horatio Baron Nelson, and theheirs mule of his body, lawfully begotten, and to be begotten. Willing, and bythese presents, granting for Us, Our heirs, and successors, that he, the said HoratioBaron Nelson, and his heirs male aforesaid, and every of them successively, maybear and have the Name, State, Degree, Style, Dignity , Title, aud Honour of Viscount Nelson of the Nile , and of Burnham Thorpe aforesaid; and that they and everyof them successively, may be called and styled by the name of Viscount Nelson of the Nile , and of Burnham Thorpe, in Our County of Norfolk; and that he, thesaid Horatio Baron Nelson, and his heirs male aforesaid, and every of them suc-cessively, may in all things be held and deemed Viscounts Nelson of the Nile ,and of Burnham Thorpe aforesaid, and be held, treated, and reputed as Viscounts ;and that they, aud every of them successively and respectively, may have, hold, andpossess a seat, place, and voice iu the Parliaments and Public Assemblies andCouncils of Us , Our lien's and successors within out United Kingdom of Great Britain aud Ireland , amongst other Viscounts , as Viscounts of Parliament , andPublic Assemblies, and Councils. And also, that he, the said Horatio BaronNelson, aud his heirs male aforesaid, may enjoy and use, and every of them sue-
