It was now complayned y 4 Henry Stiles or some of the ser-vants] had traded a peece w 4h the Indians for Corne. It isordered y 4 [the] saide Henry Stiles shall, betweene & the nextCort, regaine [the] saide peece from the saide Indians in afaire & legall waye, or els this Corte will take it into furtherconsideracon.
It is ordered y 4 from henceforth none y 4 are w th in the Juris-diction] of this Cort, shall trade w th the natiues or Indiansany peece or pistoll or gunn or powder or shott, vnder suchheavie penalty as vppon such misdemeanor the Corte shallthinke meete.
Constables sworne, for Dorchester, Newtowne & Water-towne, for this next yeere and vntill newe be chosen, are HenryWalcott for Dorchester, Samuell Wakema for Newtowne &Daniell Finch for Watertowne.
Whereas there be divers strange Swine in the seu r all plant-aeons y 4 their owners are not knowen & yet doe & are likelieto Comitt many trespasses. It is therefore ordered y 4 the saideplantacons shall forthw th take notice of them & their markes,& giue speedy notice amonge the plantacons both of them &their m r kes & if in a fortenight noe owners come forth thenthe saide plantacons or plantacon where such Swine are, mayappraise them att a value & sell them & take the money to2
