That part of the firmament, whichis in the zenith of London, is perpendicularto half the globe of the earth; which halfcomprehends almost all the habitable landof Europe, Asia, Africa, and America, withtheir, coasts, capes, land, and seas; sinceunder the other celestial hemisphere, whichwe do not see at the same time, there areonly very inconsiderable lands and istes.
The inhabitants of Great Britain and Ire-land nearly fee the fame half of the firma-ment adorned with stars and planets, whichat all times supply the place of an immensemap of the world; and shew our terrestrialhemisphere by the stars, conveying the cor-O 4 respondent
