GENERIC CHARACTER.

Antennas longer than the thorax. Thorax margined. In eachfoot three joints.

SPECIFIC CHARACTER

Antennas very large. Head, thorax, and shells, pale blackishbrown. Feet yellow.

The singular structure of the antennæ of this minute Infect, re-commends it to particular notice. They are nearly as long as thebody, and in the thickest part are very bulky; hence it has receivedl he specific name Spiflicornis, or large horned Cimex.
