It has two duplex upper cylinders and one long lower cylinder, made from crucible steel, with 9" knives.Journals are 2 r y' with extra long bearings—automatic self-acting pressure-bars, etc. Two complete sets of matching works, andwill plane two boards of unequal thickness at the same time from to 6 " in thickness, and to 8 " in width. The feed

works are of the heaviest possible character and powerfully geared, viz.: three sets of feed rolls 7 " diameter; the upper rollsin sections all expansively geared. It has the patent edge feed rolls for straightening and guiding lumber to first receivingrolls, also patent combination pressure-bar and roll housing over lower cylinder, and the upper cylinders are both independ-ently and simultaneously vertically adjustable. Capacity 40,000 to 60,000 feet per day. Weight, boxed, 14,300 lbs.
