A Blister was laidon her Neck. A Bath (of Wormwood, and other hot Herbs ) prepared forher Legs; Ung. M artiat um ustd to anoint them after Bathing. By theseMeans, the was in the Ipace of 3 D»ys able to fpeak again; and in a littletime, by the help of Crutches, able to go. But then omitting the Medi-cines, tho’ but one Day, she lost her Speech again; and returning to them(especially the Spirit) recovered it as soon. Whcn not able to fpeak, shehad a manifest alteration in her Face; the Strength and Tonick Vigour ofit abated ; her Eyes grew dull, her Lips pale. I have in this Juncture givenher 3 o Drops of the Spirit: In the space of two Hours the Change ha*been furpriiing; her Eye has quickn’d, a Colour come over her Face, herSpeech retum’d.
