Anno 1285.The Bifhop died in the year 12S6, having fat inthe See of Ely twenty-eight years.

Name.]This College takes its name from St.Peters Church, which adjoined it; but the Chan-cel falling down in 1350, it was rebuilt in 1352,and dedicated to St. Mary the Lefs.
