To makethe Higb Red Black ; Dissolve half the bigneß of a Walnut ofSal Armoniack in a Glasi of Water, pour all out but 3 or 4 Drops in theBo*tom, if the seid Red be put hereinto, it turns as Black as Ink .
To make the Violet Red ; Wash the Glasi with the Spirit of Vitriol inmanner aforesaid, and pour therein your Violet Water.
To make Red Wint Tellow as Sack ; Steep in IVbite IVine, Rrazal Wood 24'Hours, or elfe in Ordinary Water, till it looketh Red, and pour the fameintoa Glafs Washed with Vinegar , it grows prefenrly Tellow. t
